House of Treasures began its wonderful life in a wooden barn, selling furniture piled on top of each other to anyone that would dare to buy it! 

A year later, after some success and a lot of buying trips to India and Bali, we decided to build the Emporium that stands today to exhibit our goods in a more professional setting and to cater for other vendors. 

House of Treasures Emporium is now a trendsetting retail & online store, offering our first-rate products and exceptional customer service to shoppers from the comfort of their own homes. We’re a business made up of innovators and forward-thinkers, with the drive and wherewithal to constantly update and improve the online shopping experience. We now have a cafe, a beauty salon and a tailor on call.

The House of Treasures Emporium in Nairobi is filled with unusual and exotic goods from around the globe.  For the past 19 years we have been devoted to travelling the world in search of hidden treasures.  We have trawled markets, souks & bazaars to assemble a collection that delights artisans, architects and designers alike, from intricate hand-crafted items to contemporary pieces that suit any vision. 

Few places dare to promise their customers an enviable choice of divine riches from across the world, but then few places have the artistic flair or sweeping geographical reach of House of Treasures.  It is nothing short of trove of timeless treasures.
